Blue Sapphire House is beautifully positioned overlooking Hope Bay and set in an exclusive woodland estate. The indigenous forest and landscaped gardens sweeping around the property provides a secluded aspect with the idyllic Hope Bay Beach beneath. Situated on the Eastern side of the island, enjoy the Windward cooling breezes. The white crescent sandy beach is only accessible from the water or along a single semi-paved hillside path through aromatic white cedar and indigenous coconut groves. Designed by the renowned international architect Jack Beyer, of New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle, Blue Sapphire House stands out on the island as a magnificent example combining natural equatorial materials and building methods with sophisticated international design. The rooms each have private courtyards and bespoke outdoor showers finished in local stone. These rooms have been beautifully designed using local and renewable materials all having tall, paneled ceilings, wide expansive windows and flooring that also cools to the touch. The exterior floor has been finished in new French terracotta tiles.

Mature palms offer shade whilst a stunning hardwood gazebo perched at the apex of the outdoor dining area offers an outstanding viewing and reflection point over the remote beach of Anse La Coite and Park Estate. The gardens around the property manage to naturally combine a series of discrete stairways, mature tropical landscaping and stunning seascapes giving the impression of being amongst the canopy in a rainforest.
